Requirements

We like to have a brief initial meeting with our customers just to make sure that we know what you require, thus ensuring that we only show you those properties that really match what you are looking for. Visits to Spain are normally short, so we make the most of the time available.

Area Introduction

During the inspection visit, you will get a full area introduction. As location is of high importance, we will show you everything you need to see. A visit to the nearby beaches, city centres, shops and restaurants.

Viewing selected properties

We will show you those properties that best fit your requirements in the areas you feel most confortable. We shall take you on a one-to-one, agent-guided informative tour, to visit the projects that you have selected in advance and those you have selected during the area viewing.

Free Time

A viewing trip is not all about spending time in a car looking at houses and developments. You will also enjoy some free time during the visit, as we are aware that our customers need to absorb all the information and for getting the feel of living in Spain. The viewing trip is meant to be a pleasant experience and with no pressure whatsoever.

Meeting with Solicitor

If you find a property that you like, we will assist you throughout the entire buying process, assisting you with negotiations with the developer or property owner, helping you coordinate with lawyers, offering you solid advice about best options, and helping you to open a bank account and any other administrative proceedings that may be required.

Area Viewing

We like to start each viewing trip by showing you the surrounding area. When purchasing a property, the location is of high importance. Therefor we will visit nearby beaches, nature reserves, golf courses, cities, etc., so you will get a good feel of where you are located, interesting things to do and where to go to.

Property Viewing

By knowing the area, you will now have a better understanding of where you would like to visit a property for a viewing. We will show you those properties that best fit your requirements in the areas you feel most confortable. Depending on the type of property, we will arrange a viewing in a show house (in case of a new development), or a meeting with the property owner (in case of a resale property).

Reserve a Viewing Trip

Meeting with Solicitor

When you have found the property you are looking for, a reservation has to be made in order to take the property off the market. We recommend with all purchases to use the help of a solicitor once you have found the property you were looking for. The solicitor will guide you through the entire legal process involved in buying a home.
